The list of things your price does not cover, written down on the same document as the price. Exclusions are worth more than they look: they are the only place a customer finds out that the price excludes moving furniture, disposing of the old material, or repairing what you find under it. An exclusion agreed before the job is a conversation; the same sentence after the job is a dispute.
