Do I need to install anything?
No — FieldQuo runs entirely in your browser. You can also access it from your phone.
Can my clients pay their invoices online?
Yes. Connect your own Stripe account and clients can pay directly from the invoice email — the money goes straight to you.
Can my clients pay over time?
Yes. Turn on Affirm in Settings → Payments and clients can split an invoice into monthly payments at checkout — while you're still paid in full, up front.
Can I control what my employees can see and do?
Yes. Every team member has a role — employee, supervisor, or admin — that determines what they can create, assign, and access.
What if my trade isn't listed?
FieldQuo works for any contracting or home service business. You can enable or disable specific service categories and set your own pricing regardless of trade.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. Plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime.
