Maintenance plan
Also called: Service agreement, Service plan, Recurring billing
A standing arrangement where a customer pays regularly for scheduled work — a seasonal tune-up, a quarterly clean, a spring and autumn visit. Plans smooth out a seasonal trade's income and they make the customer yours rather than the next person who knocks, which is usually worth more than the revenue itself.
