Average job size
Also called: Average ticket, Average invoice value
The typical value of one job, worked out across everything you sold in a period. It is the lever most small trades ignore: lifting the average by a fifth does the same for revenue as finding a fifth more customers, and costs nothing in advertising. Watch it alongside the win rate, because a rising average with a falling win rate is a price rise the market is refusing.
In FieldQuo — Dashboard
The FieldQuo dashboard shows what is quoted, won, scheduled and owed on one screen, which is where an average job size becomes visible.
