Winning the workSuggested add-ons

The extras you meant to offer, at the bottom of the quote

Optional extras the client can tick, suggested from what you have actually sold alongside this work before, and priced by you rather than by a guess.

Your first 14 days are free, and nothing is charged until they are up.

What this takes off your week

You remember the handle upgrade on the drive home, and by then the quote has gone.
The extras that usually go with this work are proposed while you are still building it.
Upsell suggestions in other software are somebody else's catalogue with your name on the top.
The suggestion is counted out of your own quotes: what you sold beside this work, and how often.
A client ticks an extra and now the invoice and the quote disagree about the total.
Only the extras they ticked reach the invoice, and the invoice is built from those ticks rather than retyped.

How it works here

1

Counted, not guessed

The suggestions come from counting what appears alongside this work across your last couple of hundred quotes, with the frequency stated so you can disagree with it.

2

You set the price, or there is no extra

An extra with nothing on it is refused by name. A client cannot tick something that has no price.

3

It stops when the quote is decided

Once the client has accepted or declined, the extras are fixed and the invoice is built from the ones they chose.

The specifics

Optional extras at the bottom of the quote, priced from your own history, that the client can tick.

Eight, at most
A quote carries up to eight optional extras. More than a handful is a second quote, and the cap says so rather than letting a list grow until nobody reads it.
Counted out of your own quotes
The suggestions are the three things that most often appear alongside the work already on this quote, counted across your own recent sent and accepted quotes, each with the share of the time it turned up. There is no model involved and no other company's work in it.
Nothing free is offerable
Saving an extra at zero or less is refused and the offending names are read back to you. The invoice is built from what the client ticked, so an unpriced tick would be an unpriced line on a bill.
Frozen once the quote is decided
Editing extras on an accepted or declined quote is refused, because it would change what somebody is billed.
Measured extras look after themselves
Extras derived from a measurement are worked out again every time you save and sit above the ones you wrote by hand, so an edit is never quietly overwritten.

What you get

Every plan includes all of it. Plans differ by how many people can work in the account, not by which features they are allowed to use.
