FieldQuo

Running the business

Send the quote in the language they actually speak

FieldQuo is built around six languages, and a document keeps the language it was created in.

Your first 14 days are free, and nothing is charged until they are up.

What this takes off your week

The client's English is fine for a chat and not fine for a page of scope and payment terms.
The quote and the covering email go out in their language, so the part that matters is the part they can read.
Someone sends a translated version afterwards and now there are two documents that do not say the same thing.
A document keeps the language it was created in. Nothing is machine-translated at send time, so a signed PDF still says what it said.
Half your crew and half your clients do not share a first language, and the software assumes everybody does.
The languages were chosen for the trades — the ones that turn up on a job site here, not the ones with the biggest national totals.

How it works here

1

The document decides

The covering email matches the language of the document it carries. Anything not tied to a document follows the client's own language.

2

Chosen for the trade, not from a list

English and French because of where we are; Spanish for the size of it; Punjabi, Tagalog and Ukrainian because of who is actually on the sites we serve.

3

Honest about which are finished

Two of the six are finished and human-checked. The rest are translated and still being read by a speaker before they are presented as complete — the state of each is written below.

English · EnglishFrench · FrançaisSpanish · EspañolUkrainian · УкраїнськаPunjabi · ਪੰਜਾਬੀTagalog · TagalogGerman · DeutschItalian · Italiano

What you get

Every plan includes all of it. Plans differ by how many people can work in the account, not by which features they are allowed to use.

  • Your client's language

Send a quote in the language your client speaks; a signed document keeps the words it was signed with.

Try it on your own jobs

The first 14 days are free. Bring your own rates, your own logo and the client list you already have.
