Nothing is marked as done chasing. A quote drops out because its status left sent, which means an answer, an acceptance or a payment ends the chase without anybody switching it off.

Clients with no email address and rules with no wording are counted and reported rather than silently passed over.

Three triggers, and only three
A quote with no response, an invoice past its date, and a job just finished. Nothing else can be picked, because nothing else is wired to send.
Three days, five days, two days
The defaults, in that order. Each rule sets its own number, in hours or in days.
Email, and the page says so
There is one channel and it is declared once, so the diagram on your settings screen cannot draw a text-message branch that nothing would ever send. A build check fails if the drawing and the sending disagree.
It cannot double-send
Each send is claimed before it goes out, so two runs overlapping cannot produce two copies of the same chase.
A job finished before we recorded finishing is left alone
There is no date to count from, so it is skipped rather than chased on a guessed one.
A client with no email is counted, not chased
Clients with no address, and rules with no wording, are reported as skipped rather than failing where nobody would see it.
