Winning the work
Take a sub's price into your bid without re-typing it
Pull a subcontractor's quote in as a cost, mark it up, and your client sees only your price.
Your first 14 days are free, and nothing is charged until they are up.
What this takes off your week
How it works here
It arrives through their quote link
The subcontractor sends you the same link they would send a homeowner, and you import it as costs on your own bid instead of approving it.
The markup is yours and it is not shown
Imported lines land under a cost category you control. What the client reads is your price, not theirs plus a percentage.
The sub stays on the job after the bid
Once the job is yours, the same company goes on it at the price you agreed. Their insurance and clearance dates sit on their record, what you pay them lands on the job's cost, and what you have paid each one this year is totalled on screen for when your accountant asks.
What you get
Every plan includes all of it. Plans differ by how many people can work in the account, not by which features they are allowed to use.
Subcontractors
Keep the companies you hire on file, put one on a job at an agreed price, record what you pay them with a total for the year, and track their insurance and clearance dates.
Pay contractors from the app
Approved hours for someone on your roster marked as a contractor go out as a real transfer to their bank.
Where this stops: This pays a person on your own roster, for hours they clocked, at the rate you set. It cannot pay a fixed bid to another company.
One item above is only partly built, and says so. We would rather you read the limit here than find it in month two.
Try it on your own jobs
The first 14 days are free. Bring your own rates, your own logo and the client list you already have.
