Nine things it can look up, and none of them change anything
Conversion rate, top clients, cash flow, profit by category, repeat-customer rate, upcoming work, and finding a quote, an invoice or a job. There is nothing that creates, edits or sends.
It is only told about what you may see
The list is built per person. Somebody who may not see money is never told the money questions exist — rather than being told it found the invoice but is not allowed to show you the total.
Anything with no rule is withheld
If nobody has said who may use something, nobody may. It fails closed and records that it did.
It cannot be talked into another company's data
Which company it is answering about is fixed before the model runs and is never read from anything the model produces.
It declines the rest in one sentence
Coding, recipes, essays, homework, general knowledge — declined, with what it can help with instead. And where there is no way for it to look something up it says so, rather than working it out from something adjacent.
The allowance is checked before the question is asked
And the screen warns you at eighty per cent, rather than at the wall.
