FieldQuo vs Roofr
Roofr sells SMS texting, its Instant Estimator, a website and an AI receptionist as separate monthly add-ons — $396 a month on top of the plan — and every roof you measure is charged per report on top of that. FieldQuo puts all four in every plan, at every price, from $99, and measures a roof from its address without a per-roof fee.
Prepared as of 2026-09-29. Every figure below also carries the day it was read and the country it was read from.
Everything FieldQuo does costs $99.
At Roofr the same list is $349 a month, plus $396 in add-ons.
We don’t sell features by the tier. Every plan has every feature — the plans differ only by how many people are on them.
42 more things Roofr doesn’t offer at any price.
All of them are in the Solo plan at $99.

Price, as each company publishes it
How these pages are put together
- Every price is the regular price the company prints on its own pricing page. Sale prices are left out: a page like this one is built once and served for months, and it cannot notice that an offer ended.
- Money stays in the currency it was published in. We never convert. An exchange rate is right on the day you look it up and wrong the next, and a converted figure sitting on a static page is arithmetic nobody is checking.
- Where we could not settle what a figure meant, the row says so and shows no number. That happens more than you would expect, and it is the part of the page we are most confident in.
- Each figure carries the date it was read and the country it was read from, because a price can differ by both.
Read from a Canadian connection on 2026-09-21. Their page says "All pricing in USD." — so a Canadian visitor is shown US-dollar prices, and that is recorded rather than assumed.
FieldQuo
The same number in each currency we sell in (CAD and USD and AUD) — $99 in each is a real FieldQuo price, so nothing on this page has to be converted to line them up. Which currency you are billed in comes from the business address you give at signup.
Roofr
Charged per use, on top of the plan
Roofr prices these per use on every plan, so the plan price above is where their bill starts and not where it ends. FieldQuo has no charge of this kind: measuring a roof from its address is in every plan at the plan price.
4 things Roofr charges extra for
These sit on top of the plan on their own pricing page, each with its own monthly price. Every one of them is work FieldQuo does inside the plan you are already paying for.
We read the name and the price off their pricing page and nothing else. What is inside their add-on is not something we have checked, so nothing below describes it.
- Appointment reminders — The client gets a text before you arrive, so fewer doors are locked when you get there.Where it stops: Reminders go by text message only. There is no email reminder, and the reminder wording is not editable yet — the on-my-way message is.
- Crew inbox — Your crew text photos and updates to one number and they file themselves against the right job.
- Instant online estimate — A visitor answers a few questions and gets a price range on the spot, from rates you set.
- Clients can price their own job — A public form where a homeowner describes the work and uploads photos; it arrives as a started quote.
- Measure from the sky — Type the address and get roof area and pitch, or trace a driveway or patio, without going out there.
- Your own website — A site written from what you already told us, on your own address, that you can edit block by block.
- AI receptionist — Answers your phone when you are on a ladder, takes the details, books the visit, and leaves you the recording.
- Quote drafted from the call — What the caller described comes back as a draft quote you open, correct and send.
$396 USD a month, on top of the plan price.
That is what those 4 cost together at the point on their own selectors where we read them. In FieldQuo the same 4 jobs are in every plan, at every size, from the cheapest one on this page.
Their receptionist add-on is a monthly floor: it is charged in a month when the phone never rings. Ours has no monthly minimum. The feature is on every plan and the talk time is prepaid credit you buy when you need it, so a quiet February costs nothing for it.
What each of their plans adds, in their words
Their own descriptions of their own tiers, quoted as their page presents them and set beside the price each one arrives at. We have not translated any of it into our vocabulary: renaming a competitor's feature to match one of ours is how a comparison quietly becomes a straw man, so the words below are theirs and the list of ours is further down this page, separately.

Nobody has established, feature by feature, which of their tiers carries which of the capabilities we sell. Their page describes its plans in prose and our research records no tier-by-tier answer, so this page makes no matched claim in either direction — read their list, read ours, and decide.
AI phone receptionist: what it costs on each side
No Roofr tier lists it as included. Their page sells it as an add-on on top of the plan.
Where FieldQuo is ahead
Each of these was read off their own page on the date shown. Follow the link and check it — that is what the link is for.
Roofr's AI Receptionist is a $99 a month add-on on top of the plan.
Roofr Payments is listed as U.S businesses only, and so is their financing partner.
Company logo & branding is listed on Roofr's Measure+ card, not on the free Starter plan.
What you get with FieldQuo

What FieldQuo does not do
Start with what we do not have. Roofr's cheapest plan is free, with no time limit, and every Roofr plan includes unlimited users; their measurement report lists the ridges, hips and valleys as measured, and ours derives that split by convention from the roof's shape. FieldQuo is also a web application with no phone app, nothing that works off the network, and no salesperson to walk you through it.
This section is on every one of these pages, in the same place, above the part where we look good. A comparison table made only of our wins sells somebody a subscription they ask for their money back on.
